How big is it?
Every item has been photographed several times against a ruler, so you can see its true size before you buy. Just scroll through the product photos.
Gift boxes and bags
Will my item come in a gift box?
Not unless the listing says so. You can add a small gift box or an organza bag on each item's page – tick either, both or neither before adding it to your basket.
Delivery
When will my order be sent?
Most orders paid by 10am, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day (except English bank holidays). We email you as soon as it's on its way.
How long will delivery take?
In the UK, usually 3–5 working days, but Royal Mail only guarantees Special Delivery, so it can occasionally take longer. International times depend on your own country's postal service. Full delivery details
Will I pay customs or import charges outside the UK?
Normally no – import duties and taxes are settled by us before delivery, except for Gibraltar. As each country and delivery company sets its own rules, we can't guarantee a fee will never be charged. More details
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days. Contact us first, then send it back at your cost – we recommend a tracked service. We refund rather than exchange. Full returns policy
