Please note that some degree of DIY skills are required for you to get your photo into this charm. (1) remove the jump ring. (2) prize open the slot to allow you to remove the clear plastic. (3) cut your own photo to size. (4) Slot it into the charm slot (5) close up the top of the charm slot so that the photo cannot escape. (6) re attach the jump ring (7) Enjoy.
Please also note REMOVE JUMP RING prior to removing the clear plastic. If the jump ring is left in it will mark the plastic.
