Can you make up an entire bracelet for me with charms attached and soldered?

30th Sep 2026

In a nutshell, yes!

As I rarely get time to write these FAQ's and Blog posts, a customer just asked.

I’m looking at charm bracelets but I’m unsure on how the charms actually go on the bracelet itself and whether this is something I’d have to do?

I realised how confusing the world of charms can be and hopefully the reply below will help others but, as always, if you have any questions then please reach out and I will try to help.

Hello,
Thanks for getting back in touch.
Yes, the world of charms and bracelets can be confusing!
We can do it all for you!
The charm bracelets that we sell are what we would call "Traditional".
The charms shown in most of our pictures are also traditional, meaning they have a jump ring fitting.
A jump ring is a round piece of wire made into a ring with a single cut in it.  This allows a jump ring to be opened and closed with pliers.
So, the charms' jump ring is opened, threaded through a link on the bracelet, and then closed securely on that link.
We do this every day.
If you choose a bracelet and add some charms, please add a note in the order notes box during checkout.
"Please attach charms to bracelet and solder."
You may also want them in a particular order, such as the wedding couple charm, baby charm, aeroplane charm. etc etc.  Just add that to the order notes; otherwise, we will arrange them.
We will space the charms evenly unless you specify a different arrangement.
Soldering for our supplied charms is currently free.  This soldering seals the open ring, making it as safe as possible.  Rarely, some people don't want them soldered if they might change or reposition the charms, but jewellery shops' soldering charges can be HIGH!
If you want to see a few charms connected to a particular bracelet, let me know the reference for each. I will attach and photograph them so you can see, as it's difficult to visualise online.  It may take a day or so depending on my workload but usually, it's the same day.
To answer the other part of your question.
Yes, you can attach charms yourself, but it can be very fiddly, if you are not used to using fine pliers.
I hope that answers some of your questions but if you have any more, please let me know
Kind regards Simon
